I really like my LifeSpan EL1000 elliptical and feel it is well worth my money. It's very smooth and gives me a fluid motion as I exercise. The walking stride and the arm movement are very natural. The elliptical console is colorful and tells me everything I need to know. The small size of the elliptical is great too. It is compact and doesn't take up much floor space, and even though our ceiling height is only 7 feet, my husband who is 6 feet tall can use it too. I've tried other elliptical trainers and this one is the best. My LifeSpan is easy to use and just feels good when I use it. It has helped me be healthier - I've lost weight and strengthened my arms and leg muscles. I got my elliptical within days of ordering. Assembly was faster than I expected with good instructions. One of the plastic covers over the handlebar joint didn't fit tight originally but I got it fixed quickly. I would recommend this elliptical.Product Description
