This is a nice product if you have a one leg injury. Be warned, THIS IS NOT A SET. This is an INDIVIDUAL ankle weight targeted for those with a one sided injury. The metal bars are great because the other adjustable ankle weights with the little bags will eventually leak a coal like filling. These solid metal bars will not give you that problem. If you have the type with the bags and they began to leak, you can replace them with the metal bars from this product.
The double strap is very nice because it keeps the weight on without the straps twisting out of place like the single straps.
This product is worth getting but remember it's not a set.
