We have this treadmill at school for our PE students so I figured it would be a good choice for me. It is easy to use and is very sturdy when walking or jogging. Other treadmills I see seem really cheaply made compared to this one. It weighs 300 pounds and is a commercial treadmill so it may not have the personalized user settings others may have. I am walking about 2 miles a day right now about 5 days a week and the impact on my joints and feet is so much better than walking in the park. This is a very long treadmill so if you daydream and lag a bit, you won't fall off the back. It seems like the quality and the warranty make it a good buy and Amazon had the best price.
