▷▷▷▷ 20" Fitter First® Wobble Board Review

I had a badly fractured ankle that required 2 surgeries and many pins, plates, and bone anchors to put it back together.Needless to say, I was non weight bearing long enough to lose a lot of range of motion in that ankle. Not to mention that I'm old so inactivity sort of suited me.And either physical therapy failed me, or I failed to improve from going to physical therapy. In any event, I needed to increase the range of motion in my ankle (to keep the doctor from yelling at me) so I tried the 20" Fitter First Wobble Board and it just did the trick.I placed the board under my desk at work, where it still resides today, and I rotate my ankle on it throughout the day.Occasionally, I place the wobble board in the doorway and wow my co-workers with astonishing feats of balance.I must say that this particular board was touted as being the best for old people and beginners and I can honestly say that that is very accurate.Although the board is adjustable, I leave it on the lowest setting which is plenty for me (and my co-workers and husband).I give this product 5 stars. It works, it is what it's touted to be, and I'm regaining ROM in my ankle. All is well with the world.
