Hey look, I am not one to knock something before I try it but this thing looks like a kids toy. First off it weighs only 55lbs. Second, this looks way to slim to mimick an actual training partner. Any person you fight against is going to bigger than this bag, so all of the practicing in the world on this bag will not prepare you for the real thing. If you really want to practice BJJ or MMA, find a club or a gym that will teach you instead of just beat up on you and spend your money on that. You will learn way more, it will probably be cheaper and you get a sense of being a part of something that will help you connect with yourself and others.Product Description
