▷▷▷▷ PowerHouse Hit the Deck Review

As an avid runner and cyclist, I am always looking for other methods of cross-training in the off-season.I have found that Hit the Deck fills this void.Depending on which cards I choose, I can use the deck on both my hard, high intensity days or my easy, recovery days.I am not a member of a gym, so the resistance training is an added bonus for me.When I am forced indoors for ONE MORE long day to do ONE MORE long treadmill workout, it is so nice to have this option.Hooray for variety.

Product Description
There are 3 categories of intensities you can work from: No Sweat, I'm Glistening and Sweating Buckets. Each of these three categories contains 10 cards with clear, concise instructions and photos that challenge all major muscle groups for a comprehensive total body strength-training and cardiovascular workout at the same time. The length of your workout will be determined by how many cards you choose and the duration you set on the enclosed programmable interval timer. If you are short on time, keep it quick and only choose a few cards; when you have more time, select additional cards. You are able to repeat the cycle as many times as you wish. After you set the interval timer, you'll perform the 5 Warm-up and Cool Down cards and then jump into the heart of your workout. As you draw your first exercise card, do as many repetitions as you can during the interval and when the timer beeps, you'll stop, draw another card, hit the timer and go on to your next exercise. As you progress through your cards as quickly as possible, you'll continue until your time allowed is up, or you are out of cards. Finish with the 5 Warm-up and Cool Down cards and you are done!
