▷▷▷▷ Health Mark 60-Inch Portable Ballet Stretch Barre Review

It seemed like I was shipped an item that was sent to someone else.Screws were stripped and the middle part of the bar took FOREVER to align and screw together correctly. The bar is very stable once you actually get it together.

Consisting of a pair of sturdy legs with dual locking pop pins and a 60-inch-long bar, the studio-quality item is ideal for dancers, athletes, and anyone else who regularly needs to stretch their hamstrings or increase their ligament and tendon strength. ▷▷▷▷ Health Mark SB19000 Deluxe Stretch Barre Review

After purchasing the Lotte Berk Method cd's, I realized that I wasn't getting the full effect of the program. So, I decided to invest in a ballet barre.

I hesitated a long time before making this purchase because my one rule of thumb regarding exercise equipment is to not spend a lot of money.I can become very enthusiastic about a project, buy a lot of equipment and lose interest.

In the end though, the aforementioned exercise routine is very, very effective; so I threw caution to the wind and bought the barre.

Let me say, first of all, it is very, very heavy.I had to get it up the the second floor& I still don't know how I managed it by myself. It comes in two boxes. One box contains the base and the other contains the upright and cross bars.

Once I got it upstairs, I realized, in this instance, heavy is good.I can perform all of the routines without feeling the barre will tip over.
You can adjust the height of the apparatus but its a little tricky. However, once you have it set, you probably won't have to adjust it again.

I recommend this barre as well as the Lotte Berk exercise routines.

▷▷▷▷ Health Mark Pro Max Inversion Therapy Table Review

I read product reviews of lots of other inversion tables, and decided to go with this one as I needed it for my clinic. This table is rated for 600 lb., over 2 times what any other tables I saw were rated for. It went together easily in about 1 1/2 hrs., and the only tricky part was the frame itself, and then only because the tolerances are tight, which now that it is together, will prevent any squirreliness. This table is particularly useful in that you can be face up or face down, and can easily use it either way by yourself and not be concerned about getting stuck. It also allows for the physician / body worker to work on the client in one of several pre set and rock solid positions. It doesn't fold up, so make a permanent space. Overall is an excellent product with tight tolerances in its manufacture. I've had several over the past 30 yrs., and this is the best I've seen.

Product Description
Relax your back, decompress the spine, and relieve the stress of the workday with the Health Mark Pro Max inversion therapy table. The Pro Max is designed to help stimulate your blood flow while you sit in a traditional "face-up" inversion position--ideal for relieving compression fatigue and lower back pain--or in a "face-down" position. The latter is particular useful for massage therapists, who can give clients a soothing massage while they lie on the table. Even better, the Pro Max is a breeze to use. If you choose one of the five preset angles, you can relax backward until the machine reaches the finishing point, so you don't have to worry about balancing the machine. Or, when you're in the full vertical position, you can stretch your body out to perform inverted crunches or back hyper-extensions. All of the positions and exercises will improve your circulation, stimulate the blood flow for increased mental awareness, and improve your posture.

Construction details include easily accessible front and rear ankle brackets, a rolled thigh and knee support, a foam-padded back support, a crescent-shaped head/face rest, and 25 height settings to accommodate heights of up to 6 feet 6 inches. The inversion table, which supports up to 600 pounds, measures 28 by 58 by 45 inches (W x H x D) and carries a one-year warranty.
