This is a well thought out class. Nice sequencing, clear instructions. The Cd makes it very versitile, as you can do the whole CD, which is a challenging class, or choose to leave out some of the more advanced tracks. I find I reach for it often, even if I only have a short time to practice. Music by Deva Premal is perfect.

This music is enlightening.Her voice is soft and as spiritual and "out of this world."Kaur is certainly in a greater place when she recorded this album.For Reiki, meditation and spiritual growth, I recomend this CD above many others that I also love such as Merlin's Magic.

▷▷▷▷ Nama Mala, a Garland of Divine Name Review

I was lucky enough to see a five night performance by the two lead vocalist. It was such a lovely time, they were reading from the Srimad Bhagavad Gita, and the performance was just great. I bought the CD afterward and was very pleased. It was the only CD I had for a short road-trip right after I left and we just played it over and over. I still do and just sing and sing along. I never sing in my car but its difficult not to with this lively Kirtan. Anyway buy this CD if you are into melodic mantra recitation and you are hip to Krishna, as the CD cover suggests.

Shyamdas is a very beautiful soul.Great musician, great teacher, and also just a downright nice, friendly guy. The CD is different from others (Krishna Das, etc.) - more kind of "upbeat" and "funky," but it really grows on you.This CD has the "Song of Sweetness" on it that I love playing during yoga.Also check out his other CD "Sweet Radhe" for a great "Priya Priya" chant.
