These bikes are the worst that I have ever used.The seats
can't be adjusted in 2 ways.First, they are too
stiff to move up or down.It sticks to move either way.
Second, the screws that tighten the seat in the vertical position do
not tighten enough, as if the threads are bad, and the seat
will slide down after about 5 minutes in the saddle. The numbers
are too faint to see where the position is located once you do
get the seat in the place that you want.This last complaint is
minor but irritating to the gym members.

The lever/pad tension system is very inflexible.Most of
the riders only use the first 3 settings.Anything higher
is too much and inhibits the pedal stroke to a point where
there is no benefit and danger of injury.

This isn't just one or two bikes.The gym I where I work
bought 14 of them and they all are like this.

This exceptional treadmill is Stable/Sturdy, Sleek and Durable!
I watch my favorite TV programs, News or catch the game while exercising at the same time. The built in LCD TV screen, is large, bright and crystal clear.
Rather than sitting on the sofa with a bag of potato chips, this machine allows you to multi-task and enjoy your TV viewing while exercising.
Because this is a commercial grade/health club model machine is allot more comfortable and the quality feel and stride is better for you knees and joints. I suffer from Knee pain, but this machine is so exceptionally smooth that I feel almost no impact, yet what an excellent workout!!!
