Unlike the competition it is assembled using machined axles which may cost more but give the SR-71 zip trolley unparalleled structural integrity. The sheaves are case hardened to a 56-58 Rockwell and spin on ball bearings to provide excellent wear characteristics in challenging outdoor enviroments.
