I bought this product sight unseen, since there is no Kettler dealer where I live. I was definitely taking a chance, but was relying on the Kettler name and expected a lot at this price.br /br /The bike arrived nicely packaged and went together easily. Very sturdy. The thing I do not understand is the resistance. From the product description, I expected the resistance to be controlled by the computer... but it was not. The resistance is controlled by a mechanical knob, and I could not figure out how to make it work. Other than the resistance, this thing is very solid.br /br /Thankfully, Amazon took it back without putting up a fight... which was a great relief... otherwise I would be gun-shy about buying such an expensive item without knowing exactly what it was.br /br /I get the impression that Kettler products are well engineered and built, which is why I bought this... but unfortunately the resistance mechanism is a fatal flaw on this particular product.

I spent much energy and time wrestling this box into my gym, unpacking it and putting it together. No easy task. I then exitedly tried this spinning bike and found it completely unacceptable. It was very difficult to adjust and I could not get the handlebars secure. they wobbled substantially at every weight change. I took the bars off and made sure I had them properly put on, which I did. This product is not worth 00. by any stretch. My old spinning bike...a 0 hand me down was substantially better. I then had to take it apart, repack it and drag it to the sidewalk for pick up. What a mistake. I CANNOT recommend this product. thank goodness Amazon has a great return policy!!

I purchased this mat to go under the Sole elliptical i purchased.
My first impression is this mat is sponge rubber and tears easy.
I tore the corner off with my fingers. No toughness at all.
Ive had it for 1 week and i just dont see this mat standing up to the weight of my machine.
It seems to me to be over priced and prone to rips and tears.
