Negatives:
Awkward andto use if you are working out alone.As the picture depicts, it's best to use with a training partner.
Positives:
Very strong cord that will work even toned fit muscles.
Recommend it?
Yes.But keep in mind that if you usually work out alone you will have to be creative to find a way to anchor it down.It was a little disappointing for me to find that they don't have an adjustable clasp or fastner to adjust the length on the cord.I've usually had to wrap it around the base of other exercise equipment in my home to make it work.
