This is a no brainer.What is great about this yoga block is its simplicity.It's bigger than most, which right of the bat is a bonus because it allows you to get into poses easier.Another thing about this yoga block that is great is how firm it is.You definitely feel that you are not going to crush it while you lean on it for support.I wish more companies would make quality, over-sized yoga blocks instead of the standard stuff which are basically cheap imports!This is a GREAT product!
