I purchased iYoga a few months ago from Amazon.I thought I was no good at yoga because I was tired of working out to the same old DVDs and I just didn't make much progress with the few classes I could get to each month.When I first got iYoga, I tried the classes that came with it, they were pretty good and easy to follow and the best part was I could play my own music. Next, I modified the included classes to contain more of my favorite poses and changed some of the pose durations (this was really easy to do). Then I typed in a few of my favorite sequences from Bodies in Motion by Rodney Yee and even found a few on the web to try (if they're on the web you don't have to type them in), this gave me so much variety it re-interested me in yoga. Now,I want to do yoga every day, luckily iYoga also makes it really easy for me to practice while I am traveling too, all I need is my laptop and yoga paws.One of my concerns before using iYoga was that the computer voice would be too mechanical, but it's really not, in fact I find it soothing and enjoyable.iYoga is great. I recommend it for anyone, especially for anyone who wants to create a sustainable daily practice.
